Your group earns a percentage from every sale made through your fundraiser.

There are two simple ways to run your fundraiser. Choose one — or both — of the options below to fit your goals and timeline.

🎉 Introductory Offer – Your Organization Earns 25%

For campaigns closing on or before May 31, 2026, your organization will earn 25% of all sales.

🔹 Pre-Order Campaign

  • Earn 20% from every sale (25% if campaign closed on or before May 31, 2026)

  • Open for 2–3 weeks

  • Products are produced after the closing date

  • Standard orders are shipped to the organizer in one bulk delivery

  • Orders are sorted and labeled by buyer for easy distribution

  • Supporters pay a small shipping fee per order for bulk delivery

  • Any unused portion of collected bulk shipping fees is added to your fundraiser total

  • Orders shipped to alternate addresses are available at standard shipping rates

How much can we earn?

Pre-Order Campaign:

20% from every sale (25% if fundraiser closed on or before May 31st, 2026)

Year-Round Online Store:

10% from every sale

You can run one format — or both.

When do we receive the funds raised?

For Pre-Order Campaigns:
Funds are sent within 7 days after all items have been delivered.

For Year-Round Online Stores:
Funds are sent within 7 days after items are delivered or once earnings reach $50 — whichever comes first.

You will receive a detailed emailed breakdown of all orders and earnings for your records.

Payout method is arranged during setup.

What payment methods are accepted?

Supporters can pay securely online using major credit cards, PayPal, or e-Transfer.

All payments are processed securely through the online store.

Do we have to collect money or orders?

Supporters order and pay directly through the online store.

Do we have to sort and distribute items?

For bulk Pre-Order Campaign deliveries, orders are shipped to your organization already sorted and labeled by buyer for easy distribution.

If supporters choose direct shipping to an alternate address, no distribution is required.

Do we have to design anything?

It's totally optional. You can create the designs or we create the designs for you. Regardless how they are created, you will need to review and approve all designs before your store goes live.

What if we don’t know which products to choose?

No problem. We can suggest a mix of popular items that perform well for fundraisers.

Is there a minimum number of orders?

Your fundraiser can run with as few or as many orders as you receive. There isn't any minimum.

How long does a Campaign run?

Typically 2–3 weeks. We’ll help you choose timing that works best for your group.

Can we keep a store open all year?

Yes! Many organizations run both a Year-Round Online Store and occasional Pre-Order Campaigns.

Year-round stores are structured a little differently and may not include the full product lineup offered during time-limited campaigns. This helps ensure smooth production, consistent fulfillment, and long-term sustainability.

We’ll work with you to design the option that best fits your needs.

What do you need from us to get started?

Just your logo and organization colours. We handle the rest.

Can we order samples before launching?

Yes. Samples are available for purchase.

For Pre-Order Campaigns, sample costs can be credited back as part of your campaign.

For Year-Round Stores, samples remain a separate purchase.

How does shipping work?

For Pre-Order Campaigns:

Supporters pay a small per-order shipping fee for bulk delivery as shown below.

Orders selecting this option will be delivered in bulk to the organization’s designated address for distribution.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the total order value (before shipping and taxes):

  • Orders up to $50.00 → $5 shipping fee

  • Orders $50.01 to $99.99 → $9 shipping fee

  • Orders $100.00 to $199.99 → $14 shipping fee

  • Orders $200.00 and over → $18 shipping fee

Any unused portion of collected bulk shipping fees is added to your fundraiser total and paid out accordingly.

Orders shipped to alternate addresses are available at standard shipping rates.

For Year-Round Online Store orders:

Flat-rate shipping is charged at checkout and orders ship directly to the buyer.

What if someone orders the wrong size or changes their mind?

Because all items are custom-made for your organization, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change-of-mind purchases.

Clear sizing charts and detailed product information are provided for all apparel to help families order confidently.

If an item arrives with a production defect or shipping damage, we will replace it at no cost.

Can we run this more than once a year?

Many organizations run multiple Pre-Order Campaigns throughout the year in addition to a Year-Round Online Store.

Do we have to promote the store ourselves?

Yes. Sharing the link with your community is how orders come in.

We can provide simple images and wording you can use in emails or newsletters upon request.

What if we already work with another supplier?

That’s no problem. Many groups use us to offer additional items beyond clothing or to simplify the ordering process.

How long does it take to set up our store?

Once we receive your logo, colours, and product choices, your store is typically ready within a few days.

Who handles customer service questions?

We do. Supporters contact us directly with any questions — so your organizers don’t have to manage inquiries.

How long does it take to receive the items?

For Pre-Order Campaigns:
Production and delivery typically take 3–4 weeks after the fundraiser closes.

Year-Round orders follow normal production timelines.

Can we purchase products in bulk and sell them ourselves?

Yes. If your organization prefers to purchase products in bulk and manage sales directly, we can provide pricing options for that as well.

This allows you to set your own retail pricing and manage margins internally.
