We always aim to complete orders as quickly as possible — and if your order is ready sooner, that’s a bonus!

Shipping Details
At checkout, you’ll select your preferred delivery option.
Ship To Organization (Reduced Rates)
Enter the school’s address at checkout and select the “Ship To Organization” option.
Orders will be delivered in bulk to Wheatland Community School for organized distribution.
Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on your total order value (before shipping and taxes):
Orders up to $50.00 → $5 shipping
Orders $50.01 – $99.99 → $9 shipping
Orders $100.00 – $199.99 → $14 shipping
Orders $200.00 and over → $18 shipping
This option provides the most economical shipping rate.
Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks after the fundraiser closes for production and delivery to the school.
If the total shipping fees collected exceed the actual cost of delivering the bulk order to the school, any surplus will be added to the fundraiser earnings for Wheatland Community School.
Home Delivery (Individual Shipping)
Select “Home Delivery” at checkout and enter your home or alternate address.
For BC, AB, SK & MB:
Orders up to $199.99 → $25 shipping
Orders $200.00 and over → $30 shipping
Home delivery orders are packaged and shipped individually.
Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks after the fundraiser closes for production and shipment.
We currently ship within Canada only.
Important Information
Payments can be made securely by credit card, PayPal, or e-transfer. All payments are processed through Indigo Bob.
Wheatland Community School does not collect payments directly.
All items are custom-produced in Saskatoon after the fundraiser ends.
Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for production and delivery.
If personalization is available for an item, the option will be clearly shown directly on the product page before checkout.
Your payment will appear as Indigo Bob on your statement, as they are the official production and fulfillment partner for this fundraiser. Wheatland Community School does not collect payments directly.
Because all items are produced specifically for this fundraiser, they are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact Indigo Bob and we will make it right.
