Shipping, Returns & Communications (updated Sept 25, 2025)
Important: All Communications are via Email
To ensure a clear and accurate record of your order, all updates and order communications are handled exclusively via email. Please monitor your inbox (and spam folder) for tracking updates and order confirmations. We do not subscribe to a texting service or provide phone support.
Shipping Policy
Processing & Production
One-of-a-Kind Items: Most of our products are made-to-order. Production time typically takes 1–3 business days.
Order Processing: Once production is complete, orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours.
Cancellations: Due to the custom nature of our products, orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once an item moves into production, it cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Rates & Delivery (Canada Only)
We currently ship within Canada only.
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $99 (calculated before taxes).
Western & Central Canada
(BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, QC)
Standard Shipping: $14.99 flat rate
Express Shipping: $23 flat rate
Atlantic & Northern Canada
(NS, NB, PEI, NL, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut)
Standard Shipping: $25 flat rate
Express Shipping: $37 flat rate
Note: "Business Days" refer to Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays.
Tracking & Multiple Shipments
Tracking: We provide tracking for all orders. A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as the package leaves our facility.
Split Shipments: If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.
Delivery Issues: We are not responsible for packages stolen after a confirmed delivery by the courier. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.
International Orders
We do not offer international shipping at this time. For special order inquiries outside of Canada, please contact us at sales@indigobob.com.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Damaged or Defective Items
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received. Please email sales@indigobob.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Lost in Transit
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Return Requirements
Authorization: No items may be returned without our express written consent.
Return Shipping: Returns for reasons other than our error (such as size exchanges) must be sent back at the buyer’s expense and must use a trackable shipping method.
Hygiene Items: We do not accept returns on sealed goods, such as face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. These items will be disposed of and are not eligible for reshipping or refund.
Undeliverable & Unclaimed Shipments
Wrong Address: If you provide an address considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. You will be liable for the cost of reshipping to yourself or your customer.
Abandoned Items: Any returned shipments that remain unclaimed or unpaid for reshipping after 30 days will be donated to charity.
Unregistered Accounts: If you have not registered an account and added a billing method, returned orders due to wrong addresses or failure to claim will be donated to charity immediately without a refund.
Buyer’s Remorse & Size Exchanges
Because our items are printed to order, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Size exchanges are offered at our sole discretion and at the buyer’s expense. We retain the right to refuse any refund or return.
Legal Governance
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Canadian law and the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
